This website collects the information you choose to enter on the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, the service you select, a subject, and your message. The application also stores the date of the message and the network address used to submit it so the office can review abuse or spam. Do not include Social Security numbers, bank account information, tax identification numbers, driver's license numbers, or tax documents in the contact form. This website is not a secure client portal and does not accept uploads of tax returns, W-2s, or other sensitive records. NASRTAX uses contact messages to respond to inquiries and to administer the website. Messages are stored in the NASRTAX database and are available to signed-in administrators. The website does not sell contact information. Administrator sign-in uses a separate account stored with ASP.NET Core Identity. Passwords are hashed by the framework. They are not stored in plain text. This policy is starter text. Replace it with reviewed privacy language before the site is used in production.
